Pastor Dana Stauffer is the Lead Pastor of City Church Fruitland, where she has served since 2016.  Prior to joining City Church Fruitland, Pastor Dana served as the Pastor of Next Generation Ministries at Emmanuel Wesleyan Church in Salisbury from 2000–2016.  With more than 25 years of pastoral leadership, she is passionate about pastoral care, biblical teaching, community outreach, and helping people grow in their faith.

Pastor Dana is actively involved in the Fruitland community through her work with local schools, City Church Food Pantry, the Fruitland Chamber of Commerce, Fruitland Little League, and as a Chaplain for the Fruitland Police Department, Maryland State Police, and Wicomico County Detention Center.  She also serves as a Service Leader at the Eastern Correctional Institution.

Pastor Dana is married to Dr. Micah Stauffer, Superintendent of Wicomico County Public Schools.  They have two children who are both graduates of James M. Bennett High School.  Their son, Landon, is a graduate of West Point and currently serves as an Aviation Officer in the Army and their daughter, Jenna, is a student in the University of Florida’s School of Nursing.

Pastor Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is an ordained Reverend in the Wesleyan Church.
